Billing & Insurance
Palo Verde Speech Therapy, LLC services are offered via private pay only. We do not accept any insurance plans nor do we offer superbills, CPT/ICD codes, or any documentation intended for insurance reimbursement. By enrolling as a client, you are agreeing to pay out of pocket and will not be able to seek insurance reimbursement for services. Payment for our services is collected at the time the services are rendered. We accept all major credit cards, cash, personal checks, and ESA funds (via ClassWallet). We do not accept electronic payments at this time (Venmo, Zelle, etc.). Please contact us for our current rates.

A current evaluation is needed to design an appropriate treatment program. It is best practice that evaluations be updated annually. If you have had a recent speech and language evaluation (within the last 6-9 months) from another provider, please contact us to inquire if a review of records would be sufficient to develop a treatment plan.

Our education and experience has been focused on the development of the young child. At this time we are only accepting pediatric clients ages 3-12.

We may offer a package of sessions through our summer maintenance program for six weeks in the summer. Only students who have a current IEP for speech-language services at school are eligible for this program.

It is very common for service providers such as speech therapists to work with children at their private daycare or preschool settings. This option can be discussed during our consultation call and special permissions will likely be required through the daycare/preschool.
